Our Structure
Jolly Genius Inc. holds a Predator Craft Combat Systems regional owner license issued by Strategic Operations Alliance (SOA). This license authorizes us to operate Predator Craft academies in our territories, staffed by SOA-certified instructors whose licenses we hold on file with SOA.
We are an independent company — we collect our own payments, run our own business, and brand our own academies. The licensed program taught inside our academies is Predator Craft Combat Systems.
How We Grow
Every operator and instructor starts the same way — by helping launch a location. This is the career progression within Jolly Genius.

Hit the founding member sales target and Jolly Genius sponsors your 14-day instructor certification through Strategic Operations Alliance near Chicago, IL. You return as the academy's lead instructor on salary. Jolly Genius holds your license with SOA.
Prove yourself as an instructor and grow into managing a full academy location under Jolly Genius. Operator compensation and first-year startup budget are allocated from the founding member pool — structured so the academy opens debt-free and the operator is paid before doors open.
Certification & Compliance
All Predator Craft instructor certification is conducted exclusively by Strategic Operations Alliance (SOA) at their 14-day boot camp near Chicago, IL. This exclusivity is required — SOA must be the sole certifying body for instructors or the academies cannot obtain liability insurance at reasonable rates.
Jolly Genius does not certify instructors. We sponsor instructor candidates by paying for their certification and hold their license on file with SOA.
All license holders — both regional owners and instructors — maintain active good standing through SOA's registered online portal. This ongoing compliance is what keeps each license valid and is part of what makes reasonable-rate liability insurance available to our academies.
SOA recommends price ranges for each training program. The bottom end preserves the quality of the end-user experience and maintains the value of the license. Jolly Genius sets its own pricing at or above SOA-recommended minimums.
Independent Ownership
Jolly Genius does not sub-license territories or issue regional licenses. Only Strategic Operations Alliance can do that. If you want to open your own independent Predator Craft academy in your own territory, you need to go directly to SOA.
SOA issues regional owner licenses and instructor certifications. They manage non-compete territories and maintain the licensing standards that keep the Predator Craft brand protected. Prospective independent owners and instructors who want to pursue certification outside of Jolly Genius should contact them directly.
